Worshipful Master of Caius Lodge W. Bro Jonathan Price visits St Cuthbert’s Lodge 41SC founded before 1691.

Jonathan Price was Installed in the Chair as Worshipful Master

W.Bro. Jonathan Price was Installed in the Chair of King Solomon yesterday. We are in the main Temple at fremason’s Hall, Bateman Street, Cambridge. Dining was in the Fellows’ dining room in Gonville and Caius College.

MARRIED 1971 TO Geraldine – 2 children Nick and Sue

After leaving Cambridge he started work at Whitbread’s Brewery in London 1976 Moved to Scottish/Newcastle ales and then Vaux breweries in Durham. Then became charity director at Marie Curie in 2000. This was followed by consultancy work in charity from 2010.

He was choral scholar at Caius and was member of various choirs all his adult life.

Skiing and offshore Sailing were prominent passions as well as running and fitness.

He was divorced in early 2000. He Lived in his flat in Southgate with his son.

His daughter is married with 3 daughters and lives in Singapore.

He had heart bypass surgery 2012 and was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018
